Kyle manages a fleet of more than 100 machines and trucks for KMU’s excavation and trucking business. More than 15 of the machines are GPS-equipped excavators, dozers, and compactors. He grew his landscape and excavation business, Kyle’s Excavating, into a multimillion-dollar company before selling it to buy into the family business, KMU.

Education: Vocational high school.
Professional accomplishments: Growing UD Maintenance, his snow-removal business, into a multimillion-dollar company. Starting a new branch of KMU to grow its septic business, Northern Ohio Septic and Sewer.

Extracurricular: Kyle works as a part-time firefighter/EMT for two fire departments. He also has created a nonprofit organization to donate $0.45 of every bag sold of Wild Fire Ice Melt for his snow removal business. This organization donates 100% of its proceeds to families who have lost a loved one in the line of duty.
Fun fact: Kyle started plowing driveways at the age of 8 with a John Deere Gator. For his 10th birthday, he was given a Case 450 crawler dozer, which the company still uses.
