William’s construction career began as a laborer and includes stints as a pipe layer, equipment operator, foreman, and superintendent. His equipment experience allows him to ensure the machines on his projects are capable of producing the work and efficiently deployed. “His use of technology has helped him tremendously,” says Tracy Briggs, president. “He is a student and mentor of how to improve our industry.”

Extracurricular: Volunteers with Watch D.O.G.S., a program that introduces male role models into the school environment.
