Two arrested in S.C. excavator theft

Tips help police

Following tips likely generated by video footage, police in Greenville, South Carolina, have arrested two people suspected of stealing a Bobcat excavator four days earlier.

Video showed an SUV towing away a Bobcat mini excavator, and the police said tips led to not only the arrests, but also the recovery of the stolen piece of equipment.
