Three Questions With: Tim Giggee, CEM

The maintenance management ace for the Blattner Company talks staff development, succession, and more.

Tim Giggee, CEM, senior manager of CE Maintenance & Repair for Blattner Company, and the current chairman of AEMP (the Association of Equipment Management Professionals), shares his insights on developing staff, succession, and more.

Part of his advice to young maintenance managers is to learn from other disciplines in the company, including places one wouldn't think of, such as accounting. 

Tim's tenure will end in March 2025 at the group's annual meeting in Arlington, Texas.
