The SFP1800 has been added to the lineup of HEM overlay pavers, designed for applications of polyester, epoxy, and polymer concrete overlays.

The 118-horsepower SFP1800 overlay paver has a standard paving width of 12 feet, but it can pave in widths from 10 feet to 18 feet by removing or adding extension kits. The pan can also be shrunk to an 8-foot paving width.

The unit can be used with any overlay material, including PPC, EPC, HPC, or UHPC. It has two Minnich hydraulic pan vibrators.

An optional package allows the paver to slipform up to 8-inch PCC or act as a screed over forms for deeper PCC depths. The package includes a longer pan, internal vibrators, and a larger auger.

Operating weight is 18,500 pounds, and the rubber-track paver can be equipped with steel tracks with poly pads. The direct-hydraulic drive includes proportional controls for infinite variability of speed; maximum speed is 30 fpm.

Operators can steer from the right or the left side using either automatic or manual steering.
