Parman Tractor and Equipment acquired Cumberland Tractor & Equipment in April and will sell, service, and rent Takeuchi machines out of its location in Nashville, Tennessee, according to the manufacturer.
“Parman has a great track record for growth throughout their company history and put a lot of value on service, which is so important to Takeuchi,” said Kim Robinson, director of dealer development, in a press release.

In the release, Parman says it will retain the Cumberland sales, service, and parts departments “to leverage the years of experience and knowledge.” It also is building a 20,000-square-foot facility housing 14 service bays.
