Cumberland Tractor and Equipment—distributors of New Holland Construction, Link-Belt, Takeuchi, Hitachi, and Sakai equipment—has been acquired by Parman Holdings Corp.
The Nashville, Tennessee, dealership has been renamed Parman Tractor and Equipment and will be managed by Charley Crichton, president, and Colin Hockenberger, general manager.
