OTR Selects New President & CEO

OTR Engineered Solutions has appointed Oscar Torres as president and CEO.

Torres brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in private equity–backed organizations, with a background in the aerospace aftermarket. He spent most of his career at Kellstrom Aerospace, a global distributor and technical services provider, where he held senior roles including CFO, COO, and CEO.

During his tenure at Kellstrom, Torres led initiatives focused on improving operational performance and driving long-term growth. His experience included leading multiple strategic acquisitions and divestitures and supporting the company’s expansion as a global supply-chain solutions provider serving airlines, OEMs, maintenance, repair, and overhaul providers, and aircraft lessors worldwide.

Torres is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida International University and an MBA from the University of Miami.
