A development group with plans to build a 338-mile pipeline from Utah to Colorado has secured a partner, according to a report in the Loveland Reporter-Herald.
Water Horse Resources wants to pipe water from the Flaming Gorge Reservoir in Utah and Wyoming to Colorado’s Front Range. MasTec, a construction company specializing in infrastructure, has joined the project.
According to the report, the project could cost as much as $2.3 billion to complete.
