Noregon has updated its diagnostic and troubleshooting application, JPRO Professional, to JPRO Professional 2023 v2. Off-highway coverage remains a focal point for Noregon with their JPRO updates.
“We remain committed to adding the coverage, features, and tests that our customers request in order to service their entire fleet,” said Jason Hedman, product manager, in a statement. “Our customers that operate or service mixed fleets are greatly benefiting from diagnosing their vehicles and equipment from the same application.”
Off-highway coverage is available at no additional cost to subscribers and now includes improved bi-directional support for Komatsu equipment, including cylinder cut out tests, DPF regens, fuel leakage tests, and much more.

In addition to the features and coverage, JPRO Professional 2023 v2 introduced a Virtual Equipment option for students and technicians to simulate a live connection on off-highway equipment and practice diagnostics.
Noregon continues to bolster on-highway features as well, with added features and tests for Detroit engines, Detroit Assurance, Bendix brakes, Bendix Driver Assistance Systems, and more.
The update includes a new ECM update alerts feature that alerts users when an ECM firmware update is available.
“Outdated firmware can cause all sorts of issues that can lead techs down a time-consuming rabbit hole, when the solution is as simple as flashing the ECM, said Hedman.
