JLG is an Oshkosh Corporation company. It was founded in 1969 by John L. Grove and operated independently until is was acquired by Oshkosh in 2006.

JLG markets it products around the world, with locations in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, India, Latin America, the Middle East, the Pacific Rim, Russian, and North America. It’s headquarters are in Pennsylvania.
