Ten young leaders representing the Class of 2025 have been added to the Under 40 in Construction Equipment Awards.
The Under 40 awards recognize young people who are having a current positive effect on the industry and have the potential to bring even more to the future.
Honorees are all under the age of 40, and they represent the exciting potential existing within the heavy-equipment industry. To date, Construction Equipment has honored 201 young people. View the list at ConstructionEquipment.com/Under40.
The Under 40 Awards are open to all disciplines across construction equipment, not only those who own and manage fleet assets, but also their staffs, distributors, manufacturers, and others who support the equipment-management team.
“In choosing our 10 winners this year, we looked for the following qualities and characteristics: leadership skills, inventiveness, interpersonal skills, training, dedication, personal integrity, technical skills, and industry and community involvement,” said Rod Sutton, lead editor.
