The 10th annual Under 40 in Construction Equipment Awards have been announced. The Class of 2022 includes 15 young people ranging in age from 26 to 37 years old.
To date, Construction Equipment has honored 159 young people in the construction equipment industry. The Awards recognize the following qualities and characteristics: leadership skills, inventiveness, interpersonal skills, training, dedication, personal integrity, technical skills, and industry and community involvement.
Awards are open to all disciplines across the heavy equipment industry, not only those who own and manage fleet assets, but also their staffs, distributors, manufacturers, and others who support the equipment-management team.
Personal and career accomplishments, along with community activism, continue to distinguish the rising young stars in this industry.
