Alicia is president and co-owner of Brex, along with her husband, AJ (Class of 2020). She is responsible for purchasing equipment, tracking financials for the fleet, and ensuring that it is utilized efficiently. Her behind-the-scenes contributions have helped the company move from less than $1 million in revenue to between $8 million and $10 million annually, says AJ.

She also is working to attract the next construction generation, he says, including at a local level with programs at trade schools and high schools to attract the younger generation.

Professional accomplishments: Helping start and grow the company to 45 employees. Serving as a founding board member of Crew Collaborative, a nonprofit aimed towards increasing participation in the trades.

Off the clock: Their hobby farm includes highland cattle, goats, donkey, chickens, and Pyrenees guardian dogs.
