Musto introduced GPS tracking to the 60-unit fleet, increasing productivity almost immediately. Staffing, scheduling, budgeting and equipment fall under Musto’s direction.

Professional accomplishments: Creating and growing the national account team to a nearly $30 million business in 10 years. Growing annual revenue from $36 million in 2014 to nearly $48 million in 2015. Managing the 1-800-PAVEMENT Network of paving and pavement maintenance contractors with 200 members and $1 billion in combined revenue.

Off the clock: Visiting Presidential Libraries and hearing stories about the political maneuvering behind milestone legislation and events in American political history.

Extracurricular: President of the board of directors at the West End House. “As a ‘Be Great’ Mentor, I help these young people create a new trajectory toward a bigger and better future.” Also, Second VP of the board of directors of The Bridge Center, a camp for cognitively and physically challenged young people.

Fun fact: Started his first business in fifth grade selling bracelets to parents in the student pick up/drop off line.

Favorite vacation: Laguna Niguel. “We stayed at a resort on the water and were able to hear the waves of the Pacific Ocean each morning.”
