Worker hit in head by excavator bucket

The worker was in a trench

An excavator bucket “slipped” and hit a worker in the head, according to news reports.

The worker was in a trench working to install drainage culverts in Cedar City, Utah, when the accident occurred.  

The worker was treated at the scene then transported to a hospital.
