Construction thief takes the bait...and the collar

Police in Folsom, California, used a bait item to catch a man accused of stealing from a construction site.

According to police and a report on ABC10, there have been several reports in recent weeks of theft and burglary from construction sites south of Highway 50. The increase in thefts prompted authorities to place a bait item at one construction site.

There is no word on whether a conviction would mean the suspect could do time in Folsom Prison. Or that there's a train coming 'round the bend.
