"Rock crusher issue" kills man

A worker was killed in Massachusetts after a problem was reported in a rock crusher, according to police who are investigating, the Boston Herald  reports.

Swampscott, Massachusetts, Police received a 911 reporting an issue in a rock crusher suspended above a quarry in the Aggregate Industries facility at 30 Danvers Road.

The worker, Christoper Perry of Lynn, Massachusetts, was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The death is being investigated by the Essex County District Attorney’s Office State Police Detective Unit, Swampscott Police, and the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA).
