Link-Belt Cranes 120RT Rough-terrain Crane

March 6, 2019

The 120RT rough-terrain crane is a 120-ton unit with a six-section boom, providing reach from 38.3 to 164.1 feet. A two-piece on-board offsettable fly offers 35 to 58 feet reach, and manually offsets at 0, 15, 30, and 45 degrees. Two 16-foot lattice insert extensions maximize tip height at 261.7 feet.

The six-speed transmission is linked to two Cummins AWB 232-horsepower engines. Four 29.5x25 tires are on axles that are affixed to the carrier via greaseless 4-link suspension, which eliminates 10 grease points, the company says.

The crane has V-CALC, which features 81 outrigger configuration with real-time 360-degree charts. When activated, Pulse 2.0 indicates the crane’s available capacity.
