CM Labs Acquires GlobalSim
CM Labs Simulations has acquired GlobalSim, a Utah-based developer of advanced training simulators.

The acquisition combines GlobalSim’s market expertise with CM Labs’ simulation technology, according to the company, expanding the companies’ combined portfolio of training systems. The deal also expands CM Labs’ United States footprint with the addition of GlobalSim’s Salt Lake City, Utah, facility, which adds manufacturing capacity and support resources.
“This is a natural evolution for two organizations that have decades of proven safety, precision, and performance outcomes in port operations,” said Robert Weldon, CEO of CM Labs, in a statement. “CM Labs and GlobalSim are uniting to deliver unmatched quality, value, and support to our port customers worldwide.”
