A worker in Michigan was operating a crane while working on a bridge, when he tried to jump from the equipment before a westbound semi truck collided with the crane. The worker died at the scene, according to multiple sources. The crash happened around 9:30 p.m. on westbound I-94.
According to various reports, the driver of the semi that hit the worker was transported to a nearby hospital with non life threatening injuries. The accident is currently under investigation.
