Joshua Gunville-Quach was struck and killed by a skid steer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, according to news reports. The incident happened on a residential construction site.

The 34-year-old was a father of three children under 10 years old, according to a report by KOCO News, which said a GoFundMe has been set up for them.
