Deere 850 X Tier Dozer Walk-Around
John Deere has introduced its 850 X Tier crawler dozer with E-Drive, a unit first teased at Conexpo 2023.
The company's E-Drive features dual-path electric drive technology for optimized torque and added simplicity over traditional drivetrains. Cab enhancements include 14% more glass for visibility, ergonomic controls, and an Advanced Vision System for improved job site awareness.
The system's front, rear, and side cameras combine to give the operator a 270-degree view. SmartGrade capabilities include EZGrade, SmartGrade ready with 2D grade control, and 3D SmartGrade.
