Available later this year, Bobcat’s E26 compact excavator boasts a minimal 0.8 inches of tail overhang, and it has a lighter footprint than the 325 and 425 models it replaces. With an overall width of 59 inches, it weighs 5,690 pounds and is powered by a 27-horsepower, Tier 4-I diesel engine. The unit comes equipped with a canopy ROPS/TOPS, joystick-mounted fingertip controls, auto-idle feature, in-track swing frame, X-frame undercarriage, and Auto-Shift drive system. Standard and long-arm configurations are available.
