The T65D JCB mobile elevating work platform has a telescopic boom. The JCB MEWP has a platform height of 65 feet 4 inches and a platform capacity of 1,000 pounds for an 80% working envelope and 661 pounds for a 20% envelope. The boom reaches to 56 feet 6 inches.

The JCB T65D has a 74-horsepower JCB Ecomax diesel and is four-wheel drive/two-wheel steer.

The platform has a 5-inch display showing live machine data, load management, diagnostics, and settings, as well as a safety warning alarm and fault LEDs. Load sense percentage, battery level, and fuel level are displayed.
