Net sales in the Terex aerial work platform division, Genie, were $662.6 million in the third quarter, up 15.7 percent from that same period a year ago. Price realization, favorable mix, and incremental margin on higher sales volume drove income from operations up 82 percent to $63.5 million, according to the company.

Overall Terex sales for the quarter totaled $1.1 billion, up 12.7 percent from Q3 2021. Income from operations grew 62 percent to $120.8 million.

Financial results in the materials processing division included a 9.4-percent increase in sales to $457.9 million, with income from operations up 16 percent to $66.8 million.
