Yanmar CBL40

Yanmar makes the point that its CBL40, with a 10-foot digging depth, uses a backhoe-hydraulic system adapted from its hydraulic excavators, with dual variable-displacement pumps and the ability to change between excavator and backhoe lever patterns. With a 37.2-hp Yanmar diesel engine, the CBL40 uses the company's hydro-mechanical transmission and features a front quick-coupler compatible with skid-steer attachments. With the backhoe removed, an optional Category 1, three-point hitch accommodates rear attachments.
