He assists during sales, demonstrations, and customer applications, all while gathering valuable feedback.

Caldwell takes the voice of the customer back to the company; a recent result was the TL11R3 compact track loader, Takeuchi's first with E-H controls. Construction Equipment's Frank Raczon talked with him about the process.
