Vegas to Build Energy Efficient ‘Mini City’

Bleutech Park, an energy-efficient mini city project based in Las Vegas, has secured a piece of land at the south end of Las Vegas Boulevard according to KNTV. 

The project will set on 210 acres of Las Vegas Blvd. A company spokesperson told KNTV that the project will “usher in an unprecedented renaissance of the global digital infrastructure industry into Southern Nevada.”

According to KNTV the project will feature “off the grid” luxury residential, sustainable living residential, tech-smart office facilities, retail space, a futuristic 3,000 keys hotel, an exotic beach environment, and more.

8 News Now reported that the city’s sustainability will be defined by self-healing concrete, energy-generating breathable materials, and 33 supertrees that will act as vertical gardens.
