A federal judge blocked enforcement of President Biden’s mandate requiring vaccination for federal government contractors.
The preliminary injunction was ordered by Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove in response to a lawsuit brought by the Attorney General of Kentucky. Joining in the lawsuit were the states of Ohio and Tennessee.
The injunction blocks implementation of the vaccination mandate in those three states. Biden had mandated that all contractors be vaccinated by January 4, 2022.
