United Auctioneers & Appraisers was founded in 1990 to serve the heavy equipment and trucking industries in the Upper Midwest. The company specializes in conducting unreserved equipment auctions and appraisals in the heavy and highway construction, road and bridge, transit mix, asphalt, aggregate, concrete production, forestry, material handling, transportation, utility, underground, masonry and electrical construction industries. Based in Vermontville, Mich., the firm has also since inception been a Michigan Department of Transportation pre-qual equipment appraiser.
