Toro Sells Trencor Brand

Toro has divested its auger boring product category, including the Trencor brand. It will continue to manufacture American Auger underground equipment. The purchaser is unknown.

American Augers markets horizontal directional drills, pumps, and fluid cleaning systems. Trencor includes assets specific to the full line of large-track trenchers and mining equipment.
