Jimmy started at Cimline as an engineering intern and now designs new equipment for the manufacturer, working from initial design through customer support during its life cycle.

Professional accomplishments: Jimmy designed the MA4 melter, which won an industry award. The company recognized him with its A-Team for teamwork, ability, and achievement. He has helped launch five new products since 2022.
