Eli is responsible for assessing the company’s fleet, deciding what needs to be replaced, and oversees fleet maintenance. He does the estimating and supervises all jobs and “has a reputation with employees as being fair, kind, and caring,” says office manager Shelly Silberman. The company has grown, Eli says, through its work ethic, building personal relationships, and customer referrals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, University of Arizona.
Professional accomplishments: The company has steadily increased revenue since 2010 and has transitioned from a small family business into a medium-sized business. Eli has secured numerous contracts for Fortune 500 companies.
Off the clock: University of Arizona basketball and learning to cook as a hobby.
