Concrete Truck Hits Worker in Arizona

Jordan Curtis was hit by a concrete truck that had swerved to avoid hitting an overturned trailer on U.S. 60 in Mesa, Arizona, according to a report from 12News. He suffered multiple broken bones and lacerations.

Video shows the truck hitting the workers, who were employed by Desert Veterans to do cleanup work along the highway for the Arizona Department of Transportation. It also hit a company vehicle parked alongside the road.

The driver of the truck was ticketed for failing to control his vehicle to avoid a collision, according to the report.
