Connected Turnstile Entry Boosts Site Security

Entry unit includes data capture and real-time tracking of workers.

MAC-Link turnstile entry system connects multiple units on-site to accommodate changing project phases. The system, from Portable Solutions Group (PSG), uses a daisy chain electrical/data line connection and an all-thread bolt mechanical connection at the base.

Each unit has a footprint of 36 square feet and is features a galvanized steel frame, poly metal exterior, and grated floor. Its light weight enables easy deployment in metropolitan areas, according to the company.

PSG collaborated with United Rentals on the system, which enables data capture and real-time reporting for workers on the job site.
