Chain snaps, injuring two in trench

Trench was 10 to 15 feet deep

Two workers were injured, one critically, when a chain on a piece of equipment snapped and struck them in the trench where they were working near Fort Worth, Texas, according to as news report from KSAX-TV. Watch video footage here.

The two were in a trench 10 to 15 feet deep when the accident occurred. The critically injured worker was airlifted.
