Thermal Arc 201TS DC TIG/Stick Welder

April 27, 2011

Thermadyne's 21.6-pound Thermal Arc 201TS DC TIG/Stick welder has a 10 to 200-amp output and the flexibility to use 120 to 230 volts primary power. According to Thermadyne, the 201TS in Stick mode automatically provides an optimized hot start for consistently positive arc starts. An adjustable arc-force control enables the operator to adjust arc characteristics from “soft” to “driving” in order to accommodate different electrodes and applications. For DC TIG welding, the 201TS provides Lift TIG and HF TIG arc starts.
