Model 893 portable screening plant has a 20x6-foot top deck and 18x6-foot bottom deck. The working range angle of the screen box can be adjusted 14 to 18 degrees. The unit can be raised 24 inches at the discharge end. A high-performance 44-inch apron feeder and hydraulic gearbox drive are standard. The hopper capacity is 13.1 cubic yards. Engine options include Tier 3 Cat C6.6 202-horsepower or Tier 4-Interim Cat C4.4 173-horsepower diesels. The plant can process up to 800 tonnes per hour. Fully self-contained the plant can be hydraulically folded and ready for transport in less than 30 minutes.
