    Terex Cedarapids CRC380HLS Portable Crushing, Screening Plant

    Design of the Terex Cedarapids CRC380HLS allows the cone crusher to be constantly choke fed. High Lift Screen (HLS) and cone hopper overflow system allow a large head of material to build up, force-feeding the crusher. A gross throughput of up 1,200 tons per hour is possible in sand and gravel, the company says. The plant incorporates a 300-horsepower MVP380 ElJay roller bearing cone crusher and 6X20-foot triple deck TSH6203 horizontal screen. Two large 30-inch, 7.5-horsepower reversible product conveyors discharge 44 inches beyond the plant frame on either side.
