Terex WS cutting attachmentsTerex WS line of hydraulic transverse cutting units are designed for excavators and backhoe loaders to use in trenching, demolition, tree removal, and other applications. Models WS15, WS30, WS45N, WS60N, WS90N, WS120N and WS150N feature heavy-duty spur gears and bearings. Hydraulic drive motors range from 24 to 190 horsepower with hydraulic flow ranging from 8 to 158 gpm. Transmissions feature patented gear reduction that boost cutting power, the company says. Three standard cutting heads are available: excavation, scaling and demolition. The excavation drum is for soft to medium-hard rock; the scaling drum is for applications in soft to medium-hard rock where a precise or smooth surface is required; and the demolition drum for medium-hard to hard rock and concrete.
