Sunbelt Adds Skydio Drones to Rental Offering

Skydio X10 drones are now available through Sunbelt Rentals outlets.

“The X10’s best-in-class AI flight and 360 obstacle avoidance, advanced imaging and sensors, as well as ease of use, make it a perfect addition to our rental portfolio,” said Matt DiDonato, director of Fleet Product Development at Sunbelt Rentals, in a statement. ”Our customers now have a rental option giving them the freedom to scale drone usage as project demands evolve.”

With autonomous flight capabilities and obstacle avoidance, Skydio’s X10 drones can navigate complex environments to reduce risk to personnel and minimize service interruptions. By integrating this technology into its rental offerings, Sunbelt said its customers can make faster, data-driven decisions and respond more quickly to potential on-site issues—ultimately enhancing worker safety and reducing operational costs, while also maintaining the highest standards of data security and compliance. Skydio’s drones are NDAA compliant.
