Stone Groutzilla Placement System

Sept. 28, 2010

Stone Construction Equipment's Groutzilla line of placement systems mechanically delivers grout or mortar for placing in blocks, walls, forms or foundations. The unit can be cleaned without having to take apart the discharge snout or remove the auger. Positive shut-off valve completely seals the hopper to prevent water seepage. Units handle 20 cubic feet of material and can handle any slump. Coupled with a telehandler or forklift, Groutzilla will fill multiple courses of block spanning 20 feet or more, according to Stone. Both PTO and gas-driven versions are available. Estimated list price: $7,000 to $11,545.
