From its base in Saint Edward, Neb., Stock Realty and Auction Co. has grown into a nationwide auctioneer of equipment and real estate through increased marketing via the Internet. "Our use of data analytics has really allowed us to do target marketing for bidders and buyers of all types of construction equipment via Internet, print media, direct mail and telemarketing," says Mark Stock. Employing 56 people in four U.S. offices, the company sells, through unreserved public auctions, a wide range of new and used industrial, transportation and agricultural machinery.
