B-Series telehandlers from Caterpillar have an electro-hydraulic joystick controller that allows all boom functions to operate simultaneously to facilitate load placement. Improvements over the previous series include increased capacities and greater lift heights, 40 percent more cooling capacity and 25 percent more brake surface. Ownership costs have been lowered through longer preventive maintenance intervals and fewer service points. Low boom pivot provides excellent stability, visibility and drive-train access. Hydraulic quick coupler allows full use of Cat's work tool versatility. Estimated prices: $53,000 to $113,000.
