Giffin manages the Valuation teams of EquipmentWatch and Price Digests, overseeing the collection and calculation of more than 1 million equipment valuations in each update cycle. He also supervises analysts responsible for values, specifications, and rental rates for equipment and vehicles in the on-highway and off-highway markets.

Professional accomplishments: Served as lead analyst in the development of the EquipmentWatch Residual Value application and the annual Highest Retained Value Awards. Led the design and established the data pipeline for the EquipmentWatch Market Report, and serves as lead editor for the monthly publication.
Off the clock: Recently visited Spain and Morocco, and you’d be hard-pressed to find more fascinating food, culture, and natural beauty anywhere else in the world.
Extracurricular: I volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and am involved in the Episcopal Church. From 2013 to 2015, I worked to start a non¬profit in South Carolina focused on health and education outcomes.
