Concrete Truck Chute Hits School Bus in Virginia

One adult and four students at King's Fork Middle School in Suffolk, Virginia, were injured following a two-vehicle crash involving a school bus and a cement truck, according to police.

According to a report on WAVY, the unsecured chute on the concrete truck swung and struck a window in the school bus. One girl seated near the window had aggregate in her hair, according the report, citing the girl's grandmother.

The truck driver was issued a summons.
