One of Ryan’s responsibilities as senior project manager is establishing the equipment and rental needs for his projects. The company owns the majority of the fleet of heavy equipment that it uses on its projects, but rental is also a factor. Ryan manages equipment on his projects, verifying that the right machine is on site and that it matches the project’s budget.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Texas A&M University.
Professional accomplishments: Managed a $24 million water utility project in downtown Dallas during the pandemic that surpassed expectations per the original budget, with many obstacles and hurdles to work around in Dallas’s central business district.
Off the clock: Woodworking and family time.
Extracurricular: Rebuilding Together North Texas, a charity that fixes houses in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.
Favorite activity: Traveling to new destinations.
Fun fact: Ryan participates in the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain.
