Two technicians who recently graduated with associate's degrees from a two-year Komatsu training program are now working in the Franksville, WI, and Escanaba, MI branches of Komatsu dealer Roland Machinery.

During training at Komatsu America's Advanced Career Training (ACT) program, Roland employees Joseph Loeffler and Karl Kleiman split time between classrooms at Oklahoma State University, Okmulgee, OK, and paid on-the-job training at Roland branches in Wisconsin and Michigan.

Loeffler works at Roland's Franksville, WI, office, and Kleiman works from the company's Escanaba, MI, office.

Anyone interested in learning about the Komatsu training can get an explanatory pamphlet at any Roland Machinery office.
