RDO Measuring Customer Satisfaction

Naperville, IL— Strategic Feedback has been selected by Fargo, ND-based RDO Equipment Co. to measure customer satisfaction at the company's 50-plus locations in nine states, including Arizona.

Surveys will provide customer feedback related to parts and service transactions at RDO's John Deere agricultural and construction equipment locations, as well as its Vermeer dealerships.

Strategic Feedback's SATISFYD Dealer Direct system automates the survey process to reduce time and expense for dealers.
